The velofrancette

The Vélofrancette is an unforgettable route of almost 600 km linking Ouistreham to La Rochelle. It takes you through Normandy, the Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charente. The route crosses the Orne, passing through Suisse Normande and Flers. A more demanding stage makes a stop at La Roche d’Oëtre a must. Take a break to admire the panoramic view over the Rouvre gorges!

Take a walk, cycle or horse ride along the former
on foot, by bike or on horseback, along restored former railway lines.
 

A route of almost 85km from the outskirts of Flers to the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel takes in the hedged farmland, the mining heritage, the medieval town of Domfront and the Varenne valley.

The stabilised surface is ideal for running, horse-riding, walking, mountain biking and mountain biking.

Take a break at the Moulin des Rivières

Between Bréel and Notre-Dame-du-Rocher, take a break at Servane and David’s “hikers and cyclists’ stop”. The old building has been decorated and fitted out so you can take a break when you’re out walking or cycling! Make the most of this spot nestling in the greenery to eat a picnic, recharge your bike or phone batteries, heat up some water, drink a coffee or herbal tea, or simply rest and take shelter.
