The AMAP du Biocage aims to maintain a fair partnership between local producers and consumers while respecting the environment. Organic vegetables are bought from the Autour du Potager farm every Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm. A number of other producers are also present, including cheesemakers, fruit, honey, fruit juices, dairy products, ice cream, poultry, mushrooms, bread, etc.
