As a fruit producer and processor, Martine offers you Extra jams and fruit jellies from her own crops, with no added preservatives, colourings or flavourings. Martine adopts cultivation methods that respect nature: “the basic fertiliser is manure”.
The fruit is grown by hand, processed the old-fashioned way and cooked by hand in copper vats. Jams, fruit jellies, salted butter caramel, chocolate and Calvados spreads are made.
